Our founder, Nahomi Beyene, has spent decades supporting seniors in assisted living, memory care, and home-care environments. Nahomi brings not only her professional skill, but also the warmth of her own traditions — from creating comforting, home-cooked meals to fostering an atmosphere where residents can enjoy meaningful routines and personal connections.

At Flemingo Llc Adult Family Home, exceptional care begins with our owner, Nahomi Beyene, a compassionate caregiver and experienced businesswoman with nearly 20 years of dedicated service in senior living and home-care environments. Nahomi’s journey in caregiving began at just 20 years old, when she arrived in the United States and joined Ida Culver House in Shoreline. From that moment on, caring for seniors became more than a job—it became her calling.

Over the years, Nahomi gained extensive experience supporting residents in assisted living communities such as Ida Culver House, Foss Home & Village, and most recently Aegis Living in Kirkland, where she served as a Care Coordinator. Her work has included everything from assisting with daily living activities, medication support, and mobility care to designing engaging activities and coaching teams on best practices. Her calm presence, deep patience, and unwavering commitment to dignity have touched the lives of countless residents and families.

Nahomi also brings valuable leadership experience from owning and operating a successful supermarket abroad, where she developed strong management, organizational, and customer-care skills that now enhance the warm, well-run environment of our home.

Today, Nahomi leads Flemingo Llc Adult Family Home with the same compassion, dedication, and integrity that have guided her throughout her career. She believes every resident deserves to feel safe, respected, and truly at home—and she works closely with families to ensure each person receives individualized, thoughtful care.

Together with our caregiving team, we provide attentive, professional support around the clock:

• Two caregivers on duty during daytime hours
• One overnight caregiver for continuous support
• An on-call registered nurse for additional guidance and oversight

At Flemingo Llc, we provide compassionate, personalized care tailored to support seniors at every stage of aging. Our dedicated team works closely with residents and their families to create customized care plans that promote independence while offering the right level of support in a warm, family-style environment.
